How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe's secure payment processing.

Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely! We love bringing unique ideas to life. Contact us with your design concept, and we'll work with you to create something amazing. Custom orders typically take 1-2 weeks depending on complexity.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. If we haven't started printing yet, we can usually accommodate changes. Once printing has started, modifications may not be possible.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Standard USPS shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after that. We'll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships!

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship primarily within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly and we'll see what we can arrange.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We use USPS for most domestic shipments.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

First, check your tracking information. If it shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your mailroom. If you still can't locate it, contact us immediately and we'll help resolve the issue.

Product Information

What materials do you use for printing?

We primarily use high-quality PLA filament, which is durable, eco-friendly, and comes in a variety of colors. For specific products requiring different properties, we also use PETG and TPU. All materials are non-toxic and safe.

Are Stanley cup toppers dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing your toppers with warm soapy water. While PLA can withstand some heat, dishwashers can reach temperatures that may warp the plastic over time.

Can I request specific colors?

Yes! Most products are available in multiple colors. If you don't see your preferred color listed, contact us - we might be able to accommodate custom color requests.

How durable are 3D printed products?

Very durable! When printed correctly (which we always do), PLA is strong and long-lasting. Our products are designed for everyday use. Just avoid extreme heat (don't leave them in a hot car) and they'll last for years.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We stand behind our quality. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to make it right, whether that's a replacement, refund, or exchange.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens! Contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we'll send you a replacement right away at no cost to you.

Do you accept returns on custom orders?

Custom orders are generally non-refundable unless there's a defect or error on our part. We'll send you preview images before finalizing custom prints to ensure you're happy with the design.

About Our Prints

Why do I see layer lines on my product?

Layer lines are a natural characteristic of 3D printing! They're part of the process and show that your item is authentically 3D printed. We minimize them as much as possible while maintaining strength and detail.

Can prints be painted?

Absolutely! PLA takes acrylic paint beautifully. Just clean the surface first and use a primer for best results. Many of our miniature customers love customizing their prints.

How long does a typical print take?

Depending on size and complexity, prints can take anywhere from 2 hours to 24+ hours. Larger items or those with intricate details take longer. Quality can't be rushed!

Do you wholesale or do bulk orders?

Yes! We're happy to discuss wholesale pricing and bulk orders. Contact us with your requirements and we'll create a custom quote for you.

Can you print from my STL file?

In most cases, yes! Send us your STL file and we'll review it for printability. We can also help optimize files for better results if needed.

Why is it called 'Caffeinated Layers'?

Because we drink an unreasonable amount of coffee while watching our printers add layer after layer. It's more accurate than we'd like to admit. ☕
